How SWAG Golf Arena handles the personal data you give us, and why we ask for it.
What we collect
Your name, mobile number, email address and date of birth, given when you create an account.
Your bookings, payments and café orders, so we can deliver and support them.
Date of birth is collected for one purpose: membership is split by age, and it decides which one you are eligible for.
Who sees it
Arena staff, to run your booking and check you in.
Our payment gateway, to take payment. Card details are entered on the gateway's own page and never reach us.
Our messaging providers, to send your booking confirmation and reminders by WhatsApp and email.
Members under 18
Little SWAG Club accounts belong to people under 18. A parent or guardian should create and manage the account.
This section needs review before launch: the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 and the arena's own policy on parental consent both bear on it, and neither has been settled.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you.
Booking and payment records are kept as long as accounting rules require, even after an account is closed.
