These terms cover bookings, membership and use of the bays at SWAG Golf Arena, Bintulu.
1. Bookings and payment
A bay is only held once payment completes. Until then the slot stays available to everyone else, and an unpaid hold expires automatically.
Prices shown include SST at 6%. Member rates apply for as long as a membership covers the day of play.
2. Cancellation and refunds
Cancel at least 24 hours before your session for a full refund; between 4 and 24 hours, half; inside 4 hours, none.
Refunds return to the method used to pay and can take several working days to appear.
3. Membership
Membership runs for twelve months from activation and does not renew automatically.
SWAG Club is for members aged 18 and over; Little SWAG Club is for members under 18. Which one applies is decided by the date of birth on the account.
4. Conduct and safety
Follow staff instructions in the bays at all times. A swinging club is dangerous to everyone around it.
SWAG Golf Arena may end a session without refund where behaviour puts people or equipment at risk.
5. Changes
These terms may change. Material changes will be notified through the app before they take effect.
